However, on the flip side, you decrease the fun value in my opinion. Once you decide to throw out conventional tactics (for instance, driving straight to the target in a kagero), you increase your odds of winning because of the wall of torps. It incentivizes yolo tactics and reduces the odds of victory if you play any other type of ship. I find this ranked season to be the worst one. It is more like: play these few ships and get to rank 1.
